Bambu is a magnificent Modern Asian, Sushi and Hibachi restaurant and bar. It is located on Lake Avenue at the west side of Danbury, CT. Bambu integrates the architecture of a 19th century Japanese home with 21st century modern elements.

In the Hibachi room, you can enjoy delicious food prepared before your eyes at your table by one of our highly trained chefs, who have more than thirty years experience combined.
